This is my 3rd week on SW and I've been keeping an online food diary through the SW website every day, but thought today I would also start posting on here.....


HexA: 350ml Skimmed Milk
HexB: 2 x Weetabix

Breakfast:
(Weetabix with some of my milk allowance)

Lunch:
Light Choices Chicken slices
Lettuce
Cucumber
Natural Cottage Cheese

Dinner:
SW Spag bol (inclu: the veg in the main recipe)
Pasta shells (to make a change from spaghetti)
Green beans

Snacks/Drinks:
1.5litres of water with a dash of low calorie squash.
Pepsi Max Cherry
Activia Fat Free Cherry yoghurt
Clementines


Syns:
French Fries (Cheese & Onion) - 4
Cadbury Highlights hot choc - 2
4 x Rich Tea finger biscuits - 4
