Skimmed Milk?

HI,

I am new to Exante diet but have previously been on Cambridge, I am doing total solutions and have been since Saturday but I started on a week on Monday using up some old Cambridge shakes, I always used to have a little bit of skimmed milk on Cambridge for coffees which didn't hinder the losses. However since Saturday and starting Exante I feel hungry all the time - do you think the milk will have brought me out of ketosis?

From what I have seen on the forums, some people can and some people can't add anything to the diet without any effect on ketosis. Guess you could try a week without and see if it helps? :) I also hear of people using vanilla shake in their coffee.
