My skin suffers terrible when I start a diet as well as the lethagy and headaches, but it all usually all clears up after a few weeks, when your body adjusts. Good Luck, Helen x

Not sure what you mean by toxins, but any change of eating could well affect your skin for a while. Or it could be purely coincidental.

I went through a spotty stage when I started SW but now (about 5 months in) my skin is better than it's ever been before. I've always worn foundation but have stopped in the last 2 weeks as my skin is virtually flawless. Love it!!

Since I got to target I've been a bit naughty and eaten some silly things (I've put on some weight too, grrr) - I've now noticed that my skin is going back to the greasy mess it was before SW.

Eating a healthy diet may cause spots to break out at first but if you stick to it, there is less grease and more nice clean skin. Drink lots too.
