skin rash cambridge diet !!!

have woke up this morning with rash on chest arms like red spots :sigh: is this linked to the diet and helpfull advice please

I got a bit of a rash in the second week, but they werent like spots, more like a cluster of bumps and roughness to the skin on my upper arms and my earlobes, not so much anywhere else

I came out in a rash in my 2nd week too. I just take the chemists own allergy relief tablet once a day now

My rash was little red bumps on my face though. Not sure about on your arms and chest. Maybe pop to the chemists and see whether they think it's allergy or an infection ?

I never got anything like that, id say go to your gp just to be safe

It is probably the vitamins in the packs, if it doesn't settle you should see your GP, please don't 'mask' the symptoms using antihistamines, that just confuses the clinical picture.
