Hiya, im planning to refeed from tomorow and will be going to catch up with a few friends on Sunday, were meeting up at Starbucks and was wondering if having a skinny latte would be okay on my day 4 of refeeding? thanks

You can have milk from day 1 of refeed

thanks Kay a skinny latte is a latte made with skimmed milk so it should be allowed i think
