i was an avid weight watchers fan unti li realised it was too easy to cheat and i was kidding myself, this plan looks perfect, i dont want the hassle of measuring my food anymore, i want 4 packs there when i need it haha

my 1st delivery is arriving tomorrow, after abit of research im going to have a week of shakes then if i struggle i can introduce the soups and meals.
id rather start on the minimum and have somewhere to go if i struggle.

1st goal is a stone by 24th april and hopefully 3 stone by july (a girls gotta dream)

going to get all my measurements in the morning and had my last meal of carbs this evening

any tips/suggestions for the shakes?
is it sad how excited i am?? :D
 
Hi, good luck. The shakes and meals are all the same-in that you can have 4 meals a day if you chose, or a mix of meals, soups and shakes! The only restriction is 1 bar a day :) x
