Sky 275 Body Balance

I know iv mentioned this before but if any of u use the exercise programmes on here watch out for the Cardio weightloss workout.....its SO good. I just watched it and it looks good, 20 mins of workout to help with weightloss. The instructor is really good and theres another instrctor at the back doing the exercises in a "beginners" way to make it easier for starting out. Recorded it so gonna def try this every day x

After you mentioned it, in another thread, I recorded the belly dance one & caribbean one, they look fantastic. So much cheaper than buying an exercise DVD.

Oh im not sure about virgin media hun. Channel is called Body Balance, its prob a different channel no if they do have it on virgin. x

I still have a sky box and dish left over from when we were with them. Its in the kids bedroom, as we can get free view on it........its got 275!!!!!
