Sleep

Morning all, first week done and feeling fine.... Weigh in shortly (fingers crossed)
Just wondered if anyone else had noticed a change in sleep patterns ? Ive been I'll and could have slept all day, prior to starting Atkins I'd more or less got back to just needing a good 8 hrs and a quick cat nap in the aft if I was off work. Now I'm wide awake after 6 hrs with no naps !!! It's great but family might go into shock with all this early morning cleaning I'm now doing !! Lol

Sounds like you have the atkins energy boost:D make the most of it for sorting house and getting new exercise started - enjoy:)

Ps see gary taubes book about what makes you fat. You are not greedy and lazy - carbs make you hungry and exhausted. When people ask how i can stick to low carb - i say how can i not as i then rush out dancing;)
