Breakfast

* baked beans, mushrooms, dry fried egg, bacon medallions

Lunch
* chicken sausage
* quorn burger
* mixed salad
* beetroot
* sw coleslaw

Tea
* 2x Ryvita
* LF cheese spread & marmite

Snacks
* 5 chocolates

Drinks
* fruit tea x1
* coffee x1
* diet coke x3

* mini shredded wheat (Hex B)
* plain yogurt

Lunch
* 2x ryvita (3 syns)
* lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper
* ham
* low fat mini babybell
* WW raspberry cheesecake (10.5 syns!!!!!!!!!!!)

Dinner
* SW bean and veggie burgers (yum)
* salad
* WW lemon cheesecake (still trying to explain things to DH!!)

Drinks
* fruit tea x3
* fizzy water x5
* large Baileys (double oops)
