Hi everybody!

I am trying to use my slendertone flex belt, but I can't find the instruction manual (I only have a "quick start" one, so I must have lost the bigger one!). Could someone tell me which intensity I should be aiming for, given that I am NOT exercising and I don't want to pull a muscle!

I can't remember which belt I have (its a Slendertone something) but you should start on level 1 and build up. It works best if you increase the intesity through the time you have it on. Mine goes up the levels automatically once you have done so many on each level. (its the green belt one)

I have the green belt one too.

I hope the belt will help a little. I have had it for ages but hadn't used it before today :eek:

Just so you know for when you get to that stage, levels 6 and 7 have to be done manually, it wont change it to these on its own.

I use mine of 2 cycles straight after each other each night.
