aw u r a total inspiration, well done u!!! how have u done it, i know u used slim fast but what meal or snack have u been having? have u exercised with it? any advice u can offer would be really appreciated as im thinking of giving it a go with thanks to u and your amazing loss!! keep it up hun, u are so nearly there!! x
Ok. I had my daughter 8 months ago, I came hone weighing 242 the first 25 flew off me in 3 weeks. The last I worked at.
I started still fast 4 months ago. I was exercising at first. And lost 10 pounds right away. Then I stopped exercising and just did slimfast. I didn't cheat, eat junk or fast food. I stuck to my diet like nothing and I lost the rest of the 15 pounds!! Then I got stuck in march and couldn't loose anymore. So I stopped dieting and just began to eat 3 meals a day n no slimfast. Did that for two weeks. And jumped back on and I've lost 5-8 more pounds. And have 15 more to go.
I did 2 sf a day and 2 100 calorie snacks. And a 500 calorie diet for dinner.
I bought nesbico snacks and their are 100 different varieties of snacks so u don't get bored.
So that's my journey....
I started on January 3. So about 3 months I lost 32 pounds. I can't give the first 25 pounds credit to sf, cuz it did it in its own. I'm hoping to loose this last 15 by June 1.
My advice, STICK WITH UR DIET!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!! its all in your mind, I've list 50 pounds two different times, (after each pregnancy) you can do it and feels so amazing!! And the attention n ppl noticing gives u so much will power!!!!
