Slim for 30 - my diary - please add your tips & advice, I need it!!*

Hey!!

This is my diary to help me look great for my 30th in March.

I have always been a yo-yo dieter, at my slimmest I have weighed 9stone 9 and heaviest around 14 stone. I am currently 11. The times I have lost weight before admittedly havent been the 'right' way, fad diets, not eating enough etc.

My 'before I'm 30' resolution is to get out f the yo-yo cycle and live healthy, I know slimming world works and is good to follow for the family and long term.

So here is my diary....I am doing slimming world alone and would greatly appreciate any tips or advice on how I am doing / how to improve.

Day 1: Wed 28th November. Weight 11stone

Green

Breakfast: muller light yogurt
Lunch: 1 slice bread from 800g loaf (HexB) toasted with beans
dinner: pasta made with laughin cow cheese (HexA) and onion, pepper & mushroom
Snacks: 4 x custard cream biscuits (14 syns)
Drinks: tea with milk (HexA) and sweetener

Total syns 14

Day 2: Thur 29th November

Green

Breakfast: muller light yogurt
Lunch: Low fat super noodles
dinner: jacket potato with beans and laughing cow cheese (HexA) Light mayo (4syns)
Snacks: Apple. 1 slice of bread from 800g loaf (Hexb) with laughing cow cheese (HexA)
Drinks: tea with milk (HexA) and sweetener

Total syns 4

Hi your diary looks good :). The only think I would say is yesterday you didn't have much superfree as 1/3 of each meal should be.

I find it difficult to the super free food into my meals as its mostly food on the run / in a rush so have tried to make my snacks super free.
 
Day 3: Fri 30th november

Green

Breakfast: 2 x boiled eggs
Lunch: Scrambled eggs & beans, clementine
dinner: Breaded fish fillet (6.5 syns) home made chips, mushy peas. Ketchup (1syn.) 1 bread from 800g loaf (HexB)
Snacks: mullet light yogurt, apple, satsuma. Mug shot (free)
Drinks: tea with milk (HexA) and sweetener, diet lemonade

Total syns 7.5

All going well so far :) I am a little concerned that maybe I won't lose much doing green days but I enerally don't really eat meat so it suits me best.

Argh I've been bad today!!

We were clearing the house / doing some decorating, hubby went downstairs to sort lunch...I requested super noodles. Next thing I hear the front door go & we can in with McDonald's!!

So here's today's damage. Oh the shame!!

Day 4. Saturday 1st December

Green

Breakfast. Scrambled eggs & beans. Satsuma
Lunch: McDonald's cheeseburger 1/4 pounder 25syns Fries 16.5syns
Dinner: Vegetable stirfry & rice.
Snacks: 1 biscuit 3 syns. Apples
Drinks: tea with sweetener & milk (HexA)

Syns 44.5

Finers crossed one mistake doesn't cost me the week!!
 
Day 5: Sunday 2nd December.

Green

Breakfast: Beans and scrambled egg
Lunch: Sandwich (HexB) & 9 syn Crisps 4syns Pasta salad 3 syns
dinner: Quotn sausages, mash & peas. Small amount of cheese (Hexb)
Snacks: 1/4 Twix 3.5
Drinks: tea with milk (HexA) and sweetener. Diet Pepsi

Total syns 19.5 :-(
