Morning all. After the success of the Easter Challenge from @Ravenous I thought we could have a shorter one to lead us into the start of summer on 21st June.

Summer is a classic weight loss goal for lots of people - I know that I'm always thinking about wearing my smalls on the beach. We have 9 weeks left - care to join?

I'm attempting to lose a stone and my first weigh in will be next Saturday where I could very easily be putting in minus numbers as I'm off for a week with family.

Popping in to join as well! I think I'm going to aim for a stone. Possibly being a bit over ambitious again, but why not. I know that in the Easter challenge I had weeks of considerably less focus. But life is a marginally more settled now, so let's give it a go!

Well that's a surprise - 4.4lbs down today at 280.4lbs. So close to 20 stone. I hope I'll tick into the 19s next week.

Yes... a surprise. My diet is pretty consistent so something else is going on! I am quite happy, of course.
 
Stay the same for me as well, which I'm honestly happy with after bank holidays!

Up 3lbs for me. Fully expected to go up due to extra exercise and carbs across the week. Underlying fat should have gone down a little or stayed the same. Think water and glycogen weight should drop back off next week when I get back to my usual lazy girl routine.

Perhaps it is water retention.
Did you know that our body gets used to being weighed in a certain day (suppose it is psychological) and if we weigh any other day, it shows a different weight. I have tested it several time.
 
Slightly frustrating 0.8lbs on. BUT looking at the smart scale reading, the majority of that is muscle, so no real complaints!

Something I'm the water.

I have gone walking on the Camino so I won't be able to weigh myself for a few weeks but hoping to come back with a good result in 5 weeks time.

I'll probably not be as active on here in the meantime, but wishing everyone lots of success for May!
 
I am joining everyone in the weight gain club. Same thing happend to me despite eating healthy, exercising, walking etc. gained 3lbs
