    tuesday
    cheese sandwich 5 points
    ww beef and crushed pots 4 points
    ww dessert 1/2 point
    wine (my downfall) 4 points


    wednesday
    ww bread 1/4 tub ww cream cheese 3 points
    melba tost humous bgtys 3 points
    ww dessert 1 point
    sandwiches ww bread thin ham salad 3 points (lager my downfall ) 7 1/2 points

    If all youre eating is whats in your diary you are WAY under your points and you need to eat more than you are.

    to start the day i have had two crumpets so thats 3 points going to weigh myself today :eek::talk017:
