Hi.
Food for my first day back on sw.
Breakfast: b) wholemeal bread with 2 eggs.
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Jacket potatoe, sweetcorn and 30g cheese (a)
Dinner: Fish in breadcrumbs (not sure syn value), potatoe, green beans, carrots, peas.
Cadbury options hot chocolate.
Following extra easy so think i've had more than 5 syns but under 15. :) Its been a good day.

Had egg on toast for breakfast. Couple of pieces fo fruit as a snack. Been to the cafe for lunch had massive Jacket potatoe, bake beans and cheese (a + few syns) with the girls from work. Nearly forgot I had four pieces of turkish delight (not sure on syn value think about 8) If anyone know exact syns please let me know.
