    I guys I know I done other threads but this is the confirmed diary I will post daily

    I would appreciate if you think I going wrong please say

    Breakfast 1 red pot of fruit n fibre

    Lunch :- wwfh. Micro pot of meatballs n pasta

    Power snacks 2 satsumas 1 alpen lite

    Dinner chicken breast veg Tom sauce 1 bagel with laughing cow (bit of combination ) no shopping in so getting stocked up tommorro

    Dessert yoghurt

    Excercise 30 mins treadmill
    30 mins bike

    Bekkie fruit n fibre


    Lunch bagel with portion pot beans

    Dinner gammon steak wwfh mash pot from yellow pot

    Snacks alpen light
    Wwfh choc pudding


    30 mins treadmill
