Breakfast 1 red pot of fruit n fibre

Lunch :- wwfh. Micro pot of meatballs n pasta

Power snacks 2 satsumas 1 alpen lite

Dinner chicken breast veg Tom sauce 1 bagel with laughing cow (bit of combination ) no shopping in so getting stocked up tommorro

Dessert yoghurt

Excercise 30 mins treadmill
30 mins bike
