Slimfast my way? NEWBIE :)

Hi im thinking about joining all your slimfasters this tuesday but not really sure on how to follow the my way diet slimfast plan just wondering if this is right or would be okay to have daily?

Cheddar bites (snack)
Chocolate crunch (meal bar)
Chocolate caramel bar (snack)
400 calorie meal

That would add up to about 806 cals a day

Well it says on the site i can choose my own lower calorie plan so i thought it meant it's up to you and i have seen on here some people having 400cal meals instead of 600 so im only going by the information i have seen.

dont be confused new me things will fall into place i usally have chicken breast new pots and veg or i by the complete meals with loads of veg you would be best to go onto my fitnesspal.co it will help you count cals
