SLIMFAST NOVEMBER CHALLANGE

Morning everyone

Sorry I have not been on for a while I have been off with my son for half term and couldn't find the time to go on. I have been so bad and am ashamed to say that I have gained 7lbs during my time away. I am now going to get back into it and would like to lose that 7lbs this month. I am going to be really good right up to Christmas and am hoping that I can lose on average 2lb a week which would mean I would lose 16lb by Christmas (fingers crossed).

Good luck FF, I'm inspired that you've already lost so much weight, and I hope you are successful in getting back on track.

I'm personally aiming to lose eight pounds this month -- it's my first month, so hopefully it won't be so hard to stick with it as it seems quite novel at the moment!

I'm finding the weight loss really slow so I'm aiming for 4 ibs... And pledging to get on the wii fit at least 3 times a week!

You will get those pounds off in no time ff, my motivation is photos at Xmas! I'm never happy with any of them, this year is going to be different.

well im back after a long absence. kind of been eating, what basically amounts to crap for the past couple of months. im giving myself a big kick up the bum and starting back on the sf. so today is my first day. im scared to weigh myself, so im going to do my weigh in at the end of the month and post my updates then.fingers crossed i havent done too much damage. so this month is a pledge to stay on sf, NO cheating, and go on the wii fit at LEAST twice a week..obviously more if i can.good luck everyone..

Good to see so many new faces. My aim for this month is 5lbs. I want to loose a total of 10lbs by xmas so that should get me nicely on track. I must must get to be 10 stone something for xmas!!!!

i would also like to drop 8lbs this month (seems like a popular amount!), it's my first month too so fingers crossed!
i want to drop a stone by christmas and maybe another half stone after that (depending on my size and everything at that point).
so it should be achieveable, hopefully all goes to plan!! x

My weight loss has been really slow recently and just feels like it's 10xharder to shift anything so I'm going to set myself a 5lb target for November and fingers crossed I might just complete a monthly challenge haha x Good luck everyone!

First weigh in of Nov and i've lost 2lbs. Only 0.6 of having lost 1.5stones - lets hope xmas target is achievable!

Well done imk also my first nov weigh in and I have sts. Ok with that it's totm and I'm a complete choc monster so it could have been worse!

Good luck everyone. I pledge to break into the 10s next week so I need to lose at least 2 ib x

Hi, can I change my target please? First week's weigh in and I've lost 10.75 lbs (bad foodie weekend last weekend & most of this was lost Monday when I had bad stomach-sorry if TMI!!!) so I need to up my target otherwise nothing to aim for! Want to lose at least 2lb a week so 6.25lb (17lb in total for the month).

Hope this is ok?
