Hi everyone
I am Rachel and doing measure up (I cant see a section devoted to it so assume I am in the right place?) I am currently 117kg :cry:with a size 12 (28 1/2" waist and currently 45") wedding dress that I want to be wearing June 2012. I have played around with other diets but am reverting to an old fave.
In all honesty I have been doing it for just over a week only trouble is not to the letter... So this morning I make myself a promise, I have a bottle of water sat next to me and I am determined.
