I can't work out how this is done as some people loose more than the sotw.
So how do they pick who it is??

me and a girl lost the same amount one week and she got slimmer of the week even tho she already got it the week before... wasnt sure if that was fair lol

I think you also have to have been in class the previous week too. I won joint slimmer of the week with another woman last week. Even though we both only lost a pound and someone else lost 2 1/2lbs, but she wasn't there the previous week.

yes that's how they used to do it, but apparently they can't do that now, with all the computer stuff it tells who SOW is, whether they stay to class or not!!!!

my consultant does not have a computer, it is all done by hand by the girls doing the weigh in.
