Slimmerjens food dairy!

I have been doing all sorts of "diets" and I'm sick of counting points, syns, cals! So I think if I do 3 meals and healthy or low cal snacks I will become less obsessed with it all! I want 2 stone off but my mini goal is a stone for Xmas!

Any comments would be very much appreciated on my food dairy!

B - weetabix crunchy bran, strawberries & semi skimmed milk

L - homemade veg soup & roll

D - chorizo, prawn & veggie rice

Snack - fruit and one of the wee tubs from my graze box and maybe a pack of quavers

I'm hoping that if I have it down in writing that will help me stick to it!! Wish me luck.........

Oh and exercise wise I am going to do an hr of body attack later!

Yesterday went well so here goes today.....

B - scrambled eggs

L - homemade veg soup & wholemeal pitta

D - pasta bake, 1 piece garlic bread

S - fruit, graze box, fun size crunchie
