Slimming for myself

Iv been on and off a diet for the last 6 yrs. This time im doing it for me ( no special events, so no pressure)

Im a 38 yr old mum of 6, married to my best friend. We have 3 dogs who need lots of excersize, I should be thin anyway lol
My main problem is I don't eat regularly then I eat one big meal. Im hoping writing down what I eat will change that
 
Fri 15th

Breakfast: fruit salad

Lunch: slimming world sausage, poached egg, onion, mushroom, beans, tomatoes, bacon medallion, warburton wholemeal thin

Dinner: meatza (free food cookbook) sweet potato fries and salad

Syns 0
Hea milk 250ml
Heb. Warburton thin
 
Seems like your off to a great start... my advise dont worry about using your syns, thats what theyre there for! x
 
Great start keep up the good work, this site is great for keeping you motivated.
