Slimming Sinead's Food Diary

    I think I will start posting a food diary here with photos (where possible). I think if I have to post photos it'll focus me more on my 1/3 superfree!

    Please feel free to comment on my diary & if you think I need to make some changes.

    Wednesday 11th Jan (EE)

    Breakfast
    - 2 weetbix, 250ml skimmed milk, strawberries (see pic)

    Snack
    - Banana

    Lunch
    - Salad, mugshot, 1 laughing cow extra light, pineapple (see pic)

    Snacks
    - muller light
    - grapes

    Dinner
    - uncle bens sweet & sour rice pot, grapes (see pic)
    - curly wurly

    Thursday 12th Jan (EE)

    Breakfast
    - 2 weetbix, 250ml skimmed milk, strawberries (see pic)

    Snack
    - Banana
    - Muller light

    Lunch
    - Prawn spaghetti (no pic as was eating out) (approx 12 syns)
    - chocolate with my tea

    Snacks
    - grapes

    Dinner
    - chicken breast, 50g frozen chips (5 syns), grapes, pineapple (see pic)
    - muller light

    Very difficult day in work. Not perfect food wise but tomorrows another day.

    - boiled rice
    - fillet beef with ginger & scallion (8syns)

    Dinner
    - bolognese with extra lean mince (tomatoes, peppers, onions)
    - pasta

    - frys Turkish delight (9.5 syns)

    Snack

    - cadbury's highlights (2 syns)

    Total syns = 13

    Right, I've maintained my weight for the last 2 weeks despite thinking I'm following plan 100% so I'm going to start my photo food diaries again in the hope that it'll pinpoint something.

    So Monday, 29th Oct breakfast:-
    - banana
    - raspberries
    - grapes
    - pineapple
    - 1 coconut Greek mullerlight (0.5 Syn)
    - green tea

    Snack:-
    - 3 clementines

    Dinner:-
    - homemade tomato soup
    - chicken arrabiatta (homemade) & pasta
    - melon, pineapple & grapes

    Snack:-
    - tea (no milk)
    - curly wurly (6 syns)

    Water - 3 litres

    Exercise:-
    - 5.18km run + 1km warm up & cool down walk (45:26 mins)
