I've been lurking for a while and getting some inspiration from all you lovelies, so now's the time for my own diary!
I'm going mainly be following EE from home, and introducing 5:2 in a few weeks too.
For reasons I can't remember, but am regretting, I've also decided to run Cardiff Half Marathon in October having never run before, so I'm sure there'll be some post-run ramblings here too!
Please jump in with any tips and advice, they'd be muchly appreciated!
