Slimming world and exercise

    Hi all

    I'm on SW and in my second week, have started exercising and wondered whether many people have success with exercise or just let the magic of the diet work itself, any comments appreciated, thanks Andrew

    I think any diet is best done in conjunction with exercise, tone up as you go!

    Thank you for comments have felt a little more flabby so your right use exercise for tone up, any particular type of exercise better than others?

    iam on my fourth week of sw and once i have reached 7lb (coming off slowly but surely) i aim to start walking - its great and free

    Hi, glad your doing so well, I lost 2 lbs 1st week and was a little disappointed but realised at group meeting that this was average and like you about 2 lb a week is very good, just seems slow, best make it fun I suppose
