Slimming World and Weight Watcher Ready Meals.

Hi,

Can anyone help. I am about to start SW after years on WW but am just not getting on with Propoints. However, I have a freezer half full of WW ready meals and just wanted to know how I would count for them?

they will be syns, but these can be looked up online once you are a member. hopefully you are now doing well at slimming world,
