Slimming world ...how many syns for quaker oats

Hi everyone. I am new to the site and have decided to do the slimming world quick and easy.; Have done it before and think it is so healthy. Just not sure how many syn s for quaker oats quick and simple original flavour.

I'm assuming your on ee so correct me if you're not!! The original 57g pot is 9.5syns, golden syrup 10.5, the small sachets are 6.5 syn for most flavoured or 5 for original. However u can have 35g original Quaker oat crisp cereal as your healthy extra b!! X
