slimming world jellof rice out of a mag

hi i hope im doing this correct i had this recipe out of a mag made it once loved and now lost and cant find it any where, it is driving me mad please can someone help its one of those recipes you bung all in one pot cover and cook little spicey but very very nice and need to be reunited with it please.
if any one can help it would help and make me soo happy x

Actually you are better just using the button at the top right of the sticky section that says 'search this forum' then you don't get answers from all the other diet plans, just SW
