Hi all.
I came across this website while looking for SW recipes, I am impressed!
The support seems very good and the threads are very informative.
I have currently lost 13 1/2lb and am struggling a bit to get over the stonemark!!
I'll keep going though, I am determined to get to 12 stone sooner or later..;)

Hi welcome, I joined the forum a couple of days ago and everyone is so welcoming and friendly you can't go wrong joining in here. I got stuck a couple of weeks ago then changed to EE and this did the trick which plan are you doing? :)

Hi, thanks for all your welcome messages...
I do a mixture of all 3 during the week..Original and Green most of the week, but EE on a Friday when which is usually our curry day! lol, so we can have the meat and pulses as free foods....
I do love SW the variety of foods you can have is brilliant.....
