Now ww are doing filling and healthy what is the difference between that and SW

Ww is cheaper than SW so what is best?

I don't know what the new rules are for WW, but when I used to do it, they always insisted you weighed everything, including things like fruit & veg. SW don't restrict the amount of fruit, veg, pasta, rice, poatoes, meat or fish that you can eat. There is no maximum limit on how many grams of potatoes you can eat, or pasta. You eat what is comfortable and satisfying for you.
When I first did WW, you had to count fruit and veg in your points, and I know they changed that. But with SW, you've never had to count how many grapes you eat.
My personal opinion is that SW works better for me, mostly because it's more of a healthy eating lifestyle than a diet. But everyone differs :)

I have tried everything you can imagine, and I'm so happy with Slimming World. I have lost ALOT of weight on the plan. I had previously tried Weight Watchers, and found it too fiddly, complicated and restrictive.
