    Breakfast = 28g Porridge - B choice
    350ml skimmed milk - A choice
    cup of tea - with milk left over from allowance

    Lunch = Batchelors beef rice with mayflower chinese curry sauce and stir fried veg 2syns for 100ml of curry sauce

    Dinner = Spag bol - 4 syns as used 1tsp chili oil
