Slimming world round 2

Well I am starting again with Slimming world. Feel alot more positive this time round. I realised looking at my Food Optimising book that I am exactly the same starting weight as I was last time I tried (18months ago.)

I am making sure that I don't make the same mistakes this time round.

I have wrote out alot of menu and meal ideas for different days and I am using the syns to keep me sane.

This site is a great way to keep me motivated so I will probably be writing alot over this long hard journey and any encouragement would be great.

You sound a lot more organised than i am, today is day one for me on sw must admit a bit confused.

everyone on minimins is here for you at all times of day and night good luck on your weight loss journey, any problems give anyone of us a yell.

Day one over with!

Well that wasn's so bad. didn't stick to my original plans of what to have but stuck to SW 100% and used my sins for a bag of quavers, great. After doing Cambridge diet this feels much much easyier.

Hiya, it's my third time on SW! I'm now on my third week and have lost 4lbs so far. I was also the same starting weight as the second time round. This time I won't be slipping back into my bad habits. You will find this forum will keep you motivated and you get loads of ideas and support. Good luck on your weight loss journey.:)
