Slimming world syns

Hi I was just wondering if someone can tell me if I get a baked potatoe from a cafe is it still free or should I add syns on?

Sometimes they put oil on the skin so you could ask if they do, if they do you need to count one or two syns. Some of them put butter automatically so may be check for that too.
