Well I've had a rubbish few food days!!!!! Been binging and eating crap. Not happy with myself and therefore I am going to do a food diary to be totally accountable for my actions. I promise to be honest and tell you if I'm struggling or having a bad day.

Tuesday 23 July food diary extra easy

HEA = 250ml semi skimmed milk
HEB = 1 x slice of 800g brown bread

Free food = potato (jacket), tuna in brine, potato (mashed no fat), weight watchers cherry yogurt.

Super free food = lettuce, spinach, cucumber, cress, carrot, mushroom, pepper (yellow) pepper (red), celery, onion, garlic, spinach, chopped tomato, broccoli, fresh melon.

Syns = 1x800g slice brown bread (6) light butter (2) chocolate brownie bite (5) gravy (2) = 15 total

Meals
Breakfast = 2x800g sliced bread toasted with light butter
Lunch= jacket potato with tuna and salad
Dinner=homemade veggie pie topped with mashed potato.
Dessert = melon and yogurt
