Slow losses

Evening all! Had wi today and los 1/2lb which is fine - at least it wasnt a gain but am on a mission this week to lose more - I have noticed that since eating WW bread my losses have slowed down so am going to cut bread out completely for a week just to prove a point. Also going to up my intake of fruit and water.

Anyone else have any good ideas on how to increase losses?

Plenty of sleep.
You need 7.5 hours of good sleep a night to get your metabolism working right.
Try and get 10 mins of "exercise" in a day. Can be as simple as walking the dog.
