slowing down

    My weight loss has really slowed down over the last 10 days I have only lost 2lbs which is low for me.

    I have just looked at my weight record and realised that im in week 13 and haven't done my week of 810 yet.

    Do you think these could be linked?

    Im going to do 7 days of 810 as per guidelines and then back to SS.

    When I did my add a meal after 10 weeks SS, I lost 5lbs:) I wasn't expecting to lose anything. Since then I have lost a steady 3lbs a week.

    I think it could be that hun. It seems a lot of people say doing the break gives you a boost, so enjoy 810 and hopefully this should kickstart things for you x

    You lost that on 810 week? I hope it wakes up my metabolism as I usually lose 4lbs a week so 2lbs in 10 days is disappointing as Im nowhere near target.

    Yes, I did 810, I was on holiday and followed it to the letter, I was lucky I never came out of ketosis.

    I did find it difficult to have 3 shakes as well as a meal but it was worth it:)

    Hi Fizzy, yes I think your metabolism might just need a little kick up the backside! Go up to 810 for a week, enjoy it, and hopefully it will be enough to get things going again :)
