DAY 1

So being weighed last night was a horrible experience - I knew it would be bad, and it didn't disappoint.

Last time I stepped on weighing scales I was 13st 3lbs, that was more or less a year ago - now Im sitting at a very uncomfy 19st 3lbs.

Whhyyy the huge gain you ask!
2 words - Crash Dieting. I went from 18st 12lbs to my lowest of 13st 3lbs in 4/5months, then put every single lb +5 back on. This time Im going to eat my way slim, not starve.

So looks like I might be in for the long haul!

I think I've got off to a alright start - apart from not picking up low fat mince eeeeekkk!!!

Breakfast
2 Weetabix HEX
350ml Skimmed Milf HEX (BLURRGGHHH)
Fat Free Natural Yoghurt
Cherries
Strawberries

Lunch
2 Eggs
Baked Beans
1 Potato Waffle 3SYNS
Mushrooms (lots)

DAY 2
So I survived my first day, now onto the 2nd!
I've been hungry today, im scared of eating too much. I've been told I can eat, But I don't want to. Im supposed to be 'dieting' and that to me means hungry!

Im trying to change that atm, I have quiche baking in the oven and it's almost midnight, don't think I'll be able to have any before I pass out from exhaustion!

Breakfast
2 Eggs
Mushrooms
Milk HEXA

Skipped due to having two young children!

Dinner
Egg Noodles
Chicken
Green Beans
Sweetcorn
Carrots
Onion
Peppers
Peas

I haven't had my HEXB yet so may have some toast, nutella and a banana before bed!

DAY 4
So day 3 went ok - I had 12 syns as opposed to day 1&2 where I had 9. Thats down to thinking quorn sausages were syn free!
Not too sure what im doing for lunch today. Husband wants burgers, salad and sweet potato wedges for tea, but after buying the wrong mince I think I might go and get myself a little steak!

I think Im doing alright so far - I would like to loose 5lbs at weigh in seeing as my start weight fell on * week I think that might be do-able!

I just hope with moving house stress that will come next week that im able to stick within it all and not give into trying out all the local takeaways!!

hey yummy mummy well done your doing great especially with 2 young children its easy to throw something in microwave or fone takeway lol but at least u have found some willpower just thought id pop by to say good luck hun

DAY 6

I have an awful feeling I've not lost anything! Yesterday was a good day, had no syns though, didn't feel like I needed them.

I would say what I had to eat yesterday but I can't remember haha! Little one had her jabs yesterday afternoon so im running on no sleep!

Todays offerings have been:
Weetabix HEB and Milk HEB
Tuna pasta salad
Quorn pie with tons of veg

Bought lots of fruit from asda yesterday but it's all rock solid!

Have a wedding to go to on Saturday and she gave me the menu - tomato and cream soup, cream chicken, and chocolate sponge with orange cream. Cream cream CREAM!!!!
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.


Looks like I'll be starting to exercise next week then.

Looks like you have had a good start and good luck for weigh in tomorrow. I can't give much advice on the diet/food aspect yet as I don't officially start sw until tomorrow but from what I have heard other people say... You need to make sure you do have at least 5 syns and try not to skip meals because eating 3 meals is very important for your energy levels etc especially after running around after 2 liitle ones.
Well done on your first week and I look foward to seeing how you get on tomorrow. Good Luck x :)

Yep and I always thought they were healthy :0

You are doing really well. You can do this :) try not to skip meals I know how hard it is with little ones but I honestly find if I skip meals I am more likely to pick at stuff.

DAY 7 -4LBS
So first WI is done and im 4lbs down. All good. Would like to do 3lbs next week but with the Big Fat Cream Wedding going on that probably ain't gonna happen.

I will start some sort of exercise though, probably walking as it's doable with 2 children in tow - weather pending of course!
Im also going to start watching my portion sizes this week.

And I will try my best to have 3 meals a day - even if it means my breakfast is at 11am!

I think I might have a go at Red. But my mum has taken my book away with her this week to read up on so Im trawling MM for whats what.
Hopefully she'll decide to come to class with me even though she only has about 2st to loose. She always looses weight fast too. Cowbag.

Also may try and have a go at bearing my jiggalicious body at the local pool this week. Im have a wax on friday pre wedding so may aswell make the most of it!

DAY 11

The wedding was baddddd. Or more like I was bad, so so so bad!

But I enjoyed it, I ate EVERYTHING that was put infront of me, I had a small piece of cake and a 99, 2 large glasses of wine, 1 glass of champagne and 5 vodka and cokes :D

I've been extra good and I've even managed to do 2 sessions on the Wii so far this week.

I move on Tuesday ahead of wi on Weds so maybe that will get rid of a few lbs!

PLLEEEAAASSSSEEEEE let me loose something this week, my thighs are aching!
