ProPoints small loss this week

    weight watchers, pro points
    lost 0.5lbs this week :confused: but not too disheartened got my 4th silver 7 :D as they say a loss is a loss at least I didnt gain eh!
    Have been working out in gym more all last week so that might have something to do with it, hopefully will show at the scales next week and it is totm :(
