Hi all, i was so looking forward to weighing in today as its my first since starting simply filling but ive only lost 2 1/2 lb, i usually lose a lot more than that on my first week.

Im loving the diet and am hardly ever hungry so do you think i will just lose a bit slower doing this plan.
 
Try cutting back on ur portions, u may b eating too much. However 2lb a week is a healthy loss, so u should be happy with 2.5lb, I find I loose a different amount each wk it's never the same, try for another wk and if ur not happy with the losses go back to pp.
