Smashing burgers

I always find burgers a bit greasy and sickly so I tried adding a cup of smash (as powder) into 500g mince and an egg, it really drys them out (but not too dry of course) and makes them delicious and still 0syns on ee. I wouldn't have them any other way now.

According to the SW mag its 0syns as that's how they make the KFC chicken and that is 0syns
 
There are lots of opnions about tweaking but if you have used this method an lost weight then do it I believe.

I always find burgers dry with the low fat mince so often add a teaspoon of mustard in mine or a egg.
