Well this is very strange, i could have sworn i started a food diary ages ago and then just forgot to write in it; but seems i didn't as have been through the other pages lol oops!
Seems that's i've just totally missed this section of the board off, haha!
So i must add a huge thank you to Kirsty for posting her Diary... therefore introducing me into this section and allowing me to keep a check on myself with foods!
Also! any help of anything i need to change along the way would be great thank you!!!
PS: i'm on my last day of following the wendie plan and WI is tomorrow!
my usual points allowance is 21, but because i'm 12st 1lbs (last week's WI) i thought about dropping a point already even if i STS etc as it's so close to being in the 11s so after today, my normal points will be 20
