Asdas is 1 syn for around 250 g aldis plain smoked mackerel is syn free though as I rang syns hotline to check

It's just 1 pack of aldis smoked mackerel, 2 good dollops of syn free natural yogurt, 1 tbsp horseradish sauce (1 syn) juice of a lemon a bit of pepper to season and 3 spring onions chopped blitz all in a blender 1 syn for it all if you use aldis mackerel Asdas is low syn at 1 for 250g
