Smoked Salmon

Can anyone please tell me if Smoked Salmon is allowed on EE sp. My list says Salmon and I'm not
sure whether this includes smoked salmon or not.

I would have thought so it's a protein good and the smoking doesn't add anything except flavour

Strange how you can have salmon and smoked salmon. And you can have mackerel but not smoked mackerel. I love it all!!

Smoking mackerel doesn't just involve burning wood chips, a lot of the time, they add honey, syrup or molasses to the fish to give it sweet flavour.
