    Hi all

I've just ordered the Kenwood Hot & Cold Frothy drinks maker (only £14.99 on Amazon) in preperation for my CD start. Does anyone have this?

I don't know if I should buy a smoothie maker too or it this would suffice!

    Any suggestions greatfully accepted!

(can you tell I'm excited about starting this diet!!)

I have the Rosemary Conley smoothie maker and blender. I'd say it's well worth the investment in getting a good blender. My shakes mix up lovely.

Good start hun!! Hope it works well for you, when do you start?

27th August - toooo far away :( but I have a holiday and then my CDC has one - seems sensible to wait until that's all out the way.

I've become addicted to this site - I am so inspired by everyone!

I find the frothy coffee thingy is only good after I have used a blender to give the stuff a good mix.
