Smoothies help please

I can't afford to go to ww any more so I cannot ask my leader.

I've been advised that drinking fruit/veg smoothies/juices could help with my m.e.

I know that blending breaks them down so should I now be counting the fruits?

I am counting the milk and juice and sometimes oats.

Please help as I'm going to make myself crazy that I'm going to put weight on.
 
In one of the ww weekly mini mags there was a strawberry smoothie recipe and the strawberries were not pointed. Hope this helps :)
