Hello, I have just posted an inro thread but I was wondering does anyone know how many syns the cracker jacks (the big choc chip ones) are? How about muller youghuts the ones with the cherry underlay?
Does anyone have PCOS do you find the red days, green days or the extra easy better for you?

snack a jacks jumbo choc chip are 3syns each

the cherry muller are 2syns, lemon cheesecake 1 and rest are free

cant help you with the pcos though

PCOS = red days hun. Anything that avoids too much starchy carbs to beat the bloat and the tummy pains. I have 5 red and either 2 green or EE, usually the weekends are EE for roast dinner purposes. Sometimes I just want a plate of SW chips, egg and mushy peas, but I DO pay for it afterwards.

Anything you want to ask about PCOS I don't mind answering. Have had it since I was 15. This is deffo the plan for you though! Good choice!

Ive done extra easy and red and I have pcos and they both work ok for me! best of luck x
