So last night, in bed catching up on Eastenders and Hollyoaks, I found myself absolutely ravenous and dying to reach for a snack. I didn't want to reach for crisps. I had a pack of tesco slim crisps but they are so carb rich I didn't want to chuck all my hard work over one silly craving.

If I find myself in this situation again, can I slice up a cucumber and sprinkle it with pepper or smoked paprika? being mostly water and hardly any calories, would it be acceptable to snack on this if I'm absolutely dying for a nibble?
