For me, snacking between meals was the biggest source of my weight problem, and mostly during the day at the office on things I'd rarely buy or eat at home. At home I have a dinner and only very occasionally a snack in the evenings so I tend to stay away from snacking nowadays. Works for me, might not work for others though x
They say if you have small snacks in-between your meals it keeps your metabolism raised...so fruit, snack a jack, soreen malt loaf/soreen banana loaf xxx
For me , I snack If im hungry before I fail and grab the nearest thing to me.
But If im not hungry, I dont see the need.....
you don't have to ...some days i don't ...but when i go to the horses or out i make sure I have something in my pocket or bag just in case xx
