Extra Easy Snacks Advice needed urgently

Am i right in thinking my snacks for extra easy need to be superfree's? i just got in and was thinking about having a nibble on some ham, then realised i didn't think i could. I've had a banana for now but just need to clarify so i don't make a cock up this week and miss my stone award that i'm half pound away from!

Nope, snacks on EE can be red free food, green free food or superfree food!!

Basically, if it's free on any of the plans you can have it!!
