My friend is doing EE, and she snacks on mug shot and muller yoghurts.

Looking at the book, it says for snacks to have super speedy food. I cant see how you can have these 'free snacks' unless you have them with fresh friut or something.

Am I right?

If your want EE to work properly then she should really replace her mugshot snacks for things like apples etc, super speed foods. If she isnt doing that then she isnt following the plan properly, therefor she may not get the losses she is after.

Although it says to 'reach first' for superfree foods, it doesn't rule out having free foods as snacks.
In the magazine and on the website menus, free foods are given as snacks aswell.
Fruit makes me hungrier so I am much more likely to have a yogurt or hard boiled egg or piece of ham as a snack.

Just editing to say that I personally wouldn't consider a mugshot or pkt of pasta n sauce as a snack because they are too processed. I never eat them anyway though.

There was a discussion that touched on this subject in this thread:

which you might find interesting.

Personally, I wouldn't touch mugshots or most things in packets with a very long pole, but everyone has their own tastes. If your friend wants to eat this stuff, and is happy with her losses, then let her get on with it.

But yes, you are right, the advice is to make Superfree foods "your first choice between meals".
